Ruth, Amy, and I went to the floating market (about 1-2 hours away from our hotel in Bangkok) last Tuesday morning before we took our flights back home. It was worth the time. The boat ride was fun. Time seemed so slow. I love the simplicity and quietness of it all. And oh, yes, the company and laughter of good friends.
